4. YouEl AI and OpenAI

YouEl AI uses OpenAI services to process messages and generate AI responses and may use OpenAI moderation services for content safety.

OpenAI's API data-use policy states that inputs and outputs submitted through the API are not used to train or improve OpenAI models by default, unless the customer explicitly opts in to data sharing.

Youel guide is not owned by, sponsored by, or affiliated with OpenAI.

5. Firebase and Service Providers

The App may use Firebase services for authentication, database storage, cloud functions, notifications, and related application infrastructure. Information may be processed by these service providers only as necessary to provide and secure the App and its features.

6. Private YouEl AI Conversations

YouEl AI conversations are designed to be private from other users and are not intended to be visible through the normal administrator chat interface. However, no internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security, and technical, legal, or security circumstances may require limited access to information where necessary.

7. Public Chats

If you participate in a public chat or other feature intended for sharing content with other users, information you post may be visible to those users. Do not post information that you do not want to share publicly.

Messages may be processed by automated moderation systems before YouEl AI responds. Content that violates applicable community guidelines may be blocked or prevented from receiving an AI response.

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers such as Firebase and OpenAI when necessary to provide App functionality, security, moderation, or AI services.
